Sales Team leader (Day Shift, Basic + Attractive Commissions)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone campaigns to garner high quality leads.
- Help create and prioritize strategic target accounts lists.
- Research new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, website, social accounts, emails, strategic calling). Follow up on leads and conduct research, internally and externally through news outlets and our CRM database to identify new prospects and engage in a prepared discussion.
- Support business developments efforts in identifying, qualifying and generating suitable target leads from different sources.
- Conduct outbound calling to confirm establish contact list.
- Establish and manage various outbound marketing list.
- Set appointments for our Sales reps for ready qualified prospects

Qualifications

Must have proven demonstrable experience in developing a effective sales process

Must have proven demonstrable experience in managing teams

- At least 2 years experience
- Proficient in Google’s office suit (google docs, google sheets etc.)
- Experience in any CRM software is preferred but not required
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
- Excellent time management/organizational skills
- Basic lead generation knowledge.

- Fast and Stable Internet connection with a minimum speed of 2 mbps (DSL/ Broadband)
- Functional headset with microphone
- Quiet working environment
