EXPERIENCED SALES REP/TELEMARKETER - LONG TERM POSITION

This OUTBOUND COLD CALLING AGENT with SALES EXPERIENCE position is for finding and contacting prospective clients to promote them online with reputation services. The right candidate will make cold calls to prospects, referral partners and also check-in on past clients when needed. Other tasks include sending bulk emails, reading scripts over the phone (outbound cold calling), learning reputation marketing system and making upsell presentation over the phone or online.

You will work with two softwares which automate the majority of tasks. The first one is sending out reputation reports so prospects will contact you for fixing or building their reputation online.

The second one is a lead generation software which also has built in a dialer and an email mailer.

My main products to sell are: commercial review videos, reputation app (to collect new reviews) and upsells (managing, building and marketing reputation packages).

Full training is provided.

I don't do skype interviews but instead I offer two-three weeks trial. The first purpose of the trial is to practice reading two scripts, making outbound calls and sending emails. The second purpose is to give the candidates the opportunity to prove their selling and telemarketing skills. I need to fulfill two positions and with time I will be hiring more qualified people. Those who will pass a trial test, will get a long term and stable full time/part time positions.

COMPENSATION FOR THE PERMANENT JOB:
Those who are hired will get 100 USD per week (20 hours a week) plus $50 - $150 RECURRING BONUS FOR UPSELL as long as the client pays. In addition, there also will be given a high performance bonus for meeting a quota.The beauty of this business model is that THE MORE YOU UPSELL, THE MORE RECURRING MONTHLY BONUSES YOU WILL GET! Your basic salary may easily become a bonus comparing to upsell income. As you can see this is a very promising offer for the right people who can see a bigger picture.

IMPORTANT:
I have hired a number of people whom I paid for their efforts but I got no sales. I lost money so I decided to change the ad. I offer good training, on-going assistance and an attractive compensation in exchange for accepting a temporary commission based position but ONLY DURING THE TRIAL PERIOD. The best part is, regardless of a non-aid trial, I will pay $100/week if the candidate will make at least one sale. If no sale, there is no $100/week salarybut by accepting a temporary commission based trial the candidates will give themselves a chance to get a permanent job with a great income potential and be part of a trial. This way the candidates will qualify themselves if they up to the job qualifications and others, who are taking chances but aren't able to provide good results, will disqualify themselves. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience in outbound sales calls (must be able to close the sale)
- Likes being on the phone and speaking with people
- Confident telephone voice
- Go-getter with performance
- Ability to quickly learn
- Very good telephone, email and communication etiquette
- Fluent English necessary
