Graphic Arts Background with office skills

Will require logo artwork and product packaging artwork. Need to have a reliable, fast internet connection for daily assignments and progress reports. I would like to be able to at least voice chat once a day to have good communication. I am a very easy boss to work for that wants to help you succeed. You will never have to worry about me being angry or yelling. I like to give suggestions and feedback to let you know how you can help best. If you ever don't understand something or want more information, I will be available each morning and evening . I will never ask you to work at night, I don't like working at night and neither should you. I want to hire someone that has the skills I need immediately. You need to be able to do outstanding graphics and multimedia work from day one given concepts and you should want to learn other skills in a long term permanent full time job. I am initially going to hire someone who is worth MORE than 10,000 PHP/ month, but is willing to start at 10,000 PHP/month for the first month as a probationary period and then be given a raise and full time offer after 30 days if quality work is being completed.
