Graphic Arts / Creative Designer / Artist

Need a creative individual for company logo creation, retail box packaging artwork, and various other artistic works as required. I have concepts ready for development and am seeking an employee who can help the company grow while earning permanent placement. You should be willing to prove your capabilities by starting out at a salary slightly less than you would like with the intent of showcasing just how great you are. I intend to select someone and offer a PAID 30 day trial period to decide if we like working together. If after 30 days you are enjoying the work, and I have been pleased with your work, I will give you a raise and make you a full-time permanent employee. If not, or you aren't happy, then at least we only committed to a 30 day trial.

If this interests you please apply and tell us why you should be given a chance to grow with us, what you would like to be paid for the 30 days while you are showing me what you are capable of, and what your monthly salary requirements would be (PHP/month) as a full time employee after 30 days.
