Real Estate Researcher and Skip Tracing

Need an EXPERIENCED real estate researcher and skip tracer that has experience using skip tracing software such as TLO, Skip Genie, Lexis Nexus, etc.

Duties include using free and paid resources to find phone numbers, email addresses of property owners and their relatives. Applicant must write and speak the English language well and be very organized and pay attention to detail.

Applicant will also be responsible for doing research on properties such as pulling comparable sales, tax records and mortgage history.

Applicant will gather contact information from skip tracing and property information and enter into Podio.
