FULL TIME: Sales Assistant / Manager (Inventory Liquidation Sales) Manager for Rapidly Growing eCommerce Company

ABOUT US:

We are a rapidly growing (300% year over year) and experienced eCommerce company in search of talented team members looking for a long-term employment growth opportunity.

This is a a full-time home based 40 hour / week position with overtime available as well. We pay bi-monthly with transferwise (2x / month), already successfully work with 12 permanent virtual employees, and always consistently pay on time.

WHO WE'RE SEEKING:

We are seeking an competitive natured, analytical minded, detail-oriented team member to become our Sales Assistant / Manager. This is a key role that requires negotiation skills, product marketing and multi tasking for our 200+ SKU's.

This person is tasked with building relationships with buyers and convincing them to purchase our slower moving products. You'll be tasked with launching new products on different marketplaces, managing existing listings, and driving promotional offers.

Experience with sales or inventory liquidation is required, so please summarize all relevant experience in your application.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

* Build relationships with buyers and resellers over the phone and email
* Negotiate pricing terms to optimize moving the most inventory
* Must be very competitive, this role will have bonus compensation for meeting difficult quotas
* Launch promotions, create coupons, and track effectiveness
* Work with the inventory planning team to determine which products to fire sale
* Execute on and monitor optimal pricing strategies and listing changes to optimize SKU growth and profitability
* Ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines and importance, self-motivated
* Strong sense of accountability for each project and responsibility assigned with little oversight required
* Communicative with regards to project progress and proactive with ideas, insights, and tactics
