Need an excellent Javascript / Node.js developer

We are building software in the travel and hospitality space. We want to build systems that help create a meaningful experience for travelers and hotels alike. For this, we are looking for an experienced Javascript developer ideally with some Node.js or Meteor background (or a fast learner!)

Specifically, we need the developer to:
1. Design and develop web applications using Node.js / Meteor / React.js.
2. Perform web development using Agile methodologies.
3. Implement standard unit testing and high standards of code documentation.
4. Iterate prototypes quickly to produce working deliverables as soon as possible.
5. Implement continuous quality and performance improvements.
6. Be able to communicate on-time and not have to be followed-up.

We are looking for someone who has initiative and is a very good team player.

Providing a description of previously completed projects would be an advantage.
