Chinese Translator & VA

We are a team of Youtuber based in Malaysia. We are growing our team and looking for a suitable candidate to join us as Chinese Translator & VA.


RENUMERATION PACKAGE:
- Annual 13th month bonus
- Annual Leave: 7 days (will increase 1 day every year to maximum 14 days)
- Annual Sick Leave: 7 days (to submit medical certification from doctors)
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9.30am – 6.30pm (one hour lunch break)
- Public holidays: Will rest as per Philippines public holidays


JOB SCOPE:
- Translate English script into Traditional Chinese
- Edit voice audio using provided software
- Collect photos & media based on each topic
(Full guidance and training will be provided)


REQUIREMENTS:
- Your primary or second native language must be Chinese, or unless you are very familiar with Chinese.
- Excellent skill in Chinese writing using keyboard
- Great in English listening
- Extremely reliable, fixed internet connection (DSL / Broadband) with a minimum speed of 1MBPS and good computer in an area almost without power outage problems


REQUIRED PERSONALITY TRAITS
- Excellent English written communication
- Able to work independently / minimal supervision
- Has strong attention to details


ADDITIONAL:
- This is a work-from-home position. A quiet and private room to conduct work with no distractions is encouraged.
- The ability to work effectively from home on a full-time schedule with fixed hours
- Have a Skype ID, must be reachable during work hours
- Must provide working contact numbers
- Confortable with using time management system to keep track Time-in/Time-out/Lunch-break/Auto Screenshot
