JOB OVERVIEW

Help a CEO run and operate a high level team. Hire and lead other virtual to develop your team. Your team will be in charge or database management, CRM (follow up boss) management. Email and other system management. Use your Technology knowledge to make the team run smooth. See google link below to full description

• Requirements:
o Communicate the English language effectively
o Execute high level emails, texts with clients, agents, vendors
o High Tech knowledge and understanding: email, text, google suite, EXCEL, word, econtracts, online navigation. CRM’s, automation through zapier, sly dial, and more. Quick and proficient
o Attention to detail and system orientated
o Take control and lead a team.
Can work fast and proactively.
Confidence to complete tasks AUTOMATICALLY for executive. including, emails, texts, calls, CRM updates, system updates and more. PERSONAL assistant so executive can focus on his job!!

• Duties:
o Database and lead management including google map, CRM, calendar, action plans
o Follow up Boss CRM Brivity
o Happy Grasshopper Email Server
o CTE Tracking system
o Calendly and Textedly
o Manage the Lead generators: MOJO, RedX,
o Google: Calendar, Drive, Email, Sites
o Manage Executive daily schedule and calendar and todo list
o Execute tasks and automation as needed. Zapier, mail parsers
o Send emails, texts as needed
o Run payroll and manage employees back office support
o Create training manual and record processes with video.
o Hire and manage indeed account. Manage other VA’s
o Misc tasks for executive. Learn what day is and leverage 80%
o Number reporting and tracking business numbers via CRM, mojo and CTE. Track expenses.
o Manage google admin account
o Facebook management for the executive.
o Lead generation via facebook posts, MMM emails, texts, mailers, simple
o Email campaign building and distribution. using Happy Grasshopper
o Manage phone system, voicemails.
o Quality control checks on listings, team systems etc.
o Some marketing

• HIRING | Training | Leadership
o Hire and manage your Virtual Team. Up to 5 additional members.
o If VA's remain on the team through 90 days make $1000's bonus!
o Work Directly with the CEO and become operations manager


• Tools you need:
o Computer with high speed internet access. MAC is preferred but not required.

• Skills
o Personality assessment- High D S/C
o Professional verbal and written communication skills
o Independent worker, self-motivated, ability to prioritize tasks. Disciplined and focused.
o Ability to take initiative and follow through with minimal supervision.
o Fast work pace with confidence to complete tasks quickly and automatically.
o Detail and system oriented
o Fast type: 60+ WPM
o Learning based individual
o Exceptional organizations skills
o Good focus
