Are you Great at Customer Service? Virtual Sales Agent Needed!

We are an online second chance rental service that helps renters who have a hard time getting approved for rental properties.

We need a Virtual Sales agent to secure deals and help our customers through the process of getting approved for a quality apartment of their choice.


Must be:

-Enthusiastic about the position
-Able to sale, sale, sale
-Professional and someone that enjoys helping customers
-Willing to take initiative to solve problems
- Able to log into work systems on time
-Proficient in English and grammar
- Prompt in assisting customers
-Fluent in English

Job Requirement:
-Explaining how our Second Chance Approval process works by communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat support.
-Answering customers questions regarding rental properties or the service we provide.
- Data Entry regarding rental criteria of customers

How you will communicate with customers:
-Zendesk - chat support to communicate with customers
-Wufoo - customer information and customer invoice requests
-Ring Central- phone support to communicate with customers
-Smart Sheet- updates on general information
PLEASE NOTE: This is an ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. We provide a 2 week pay schedule.

Looking to hire as soon as possible, and training will start immediately.

Working hours: are pretty flexible anywhere between 9 :00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Saturday in America Eastern Standard Time

Communication: Phone, Email, and Chat support.
