• Lead the team to make sound engineering decisions and improve software development practices
• Design, develop, and manage PPC campaigns including, campaign structure, keyword research,
keyword management, keyword bidding, ad copy writing and testing, and any other core capability
required to maximize results, drive volume, and hit Cost Per Lead targets
• Brand Discovery (Competitive Analysis, Archiving, Impact, Positive Web Association) and Content
Development (On Page Audits, Third Party Content and more)
• Studying traffic and analytics
• Analyzing the client’s competitors
• Maximizing local search exposure
• Creating effective ranking strategies
• Researching the latest SEO practices
• Yoast optimization -Configuring the settings, choosing keywords, and optimizing content
• Making WordPress site load faster
• Fix crawl errors (broken URLs)
• Mobile, security, indexing errors
• Focus keyword research
• Work with agencies to build traffic & sales via the website (PPC agency, email marketing provider, e-
commerce provider, etc.)
• Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the website
• Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them
