Can you provide exceptional....FIVE STAR....customer and technical support to clients by phone and online? You will be providing support to merchants on our e-commerce platform through phone and ticket-based support. We are looking for upbeat, positive people who are enthusiastic about growing their career with a scaling company offering a serious long term opportunity. We want candidates that want to make a difference and participate as an innovative team member.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM 1-2 years technical and customer support experience
English Fluency
College Degree
Along with:
- Familiarity with computer hardware, printers, peripherals, etc.
- Extroverted, positive, and social personality
Requirements:
- Must be able to work Monday thru Friday 8:30 am -- 5:30 pm US Central Standard Time Zone
- English fluency, reading, speaking, writing
- Cover letter, Resume and work tryout will be required
- Must have a functional home office and internet with acceptable speeds
