Sales Representative / Phone Support

Are you someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and chase the sale? Do you have experience with order fulfilling on Shopify? Or perhaps you're a quick learner who shows initiative, is eager to get any task done and is not shy about voicing out ideas on how things can be done more efficiently and improved further? If you answer yes to these questions, then we want you!
We're looking for a sales representative to help us manage and scale our business.

Primary tasks include:

- Answering the phone and catering to customer queries which also includes selling them on the product or handling their objections or requests for price matches or cheaper prices.
- Order processing (asking for shipping quotes to suppliers, profit calculations, making quotes, fulfilling orders)
- Mail and Facebook messenger chat support
- Other responsibilities down the road may include: product uploading

Must haves:

- Solid conversational American English
- Access to fast, reliable Internet
- Ability to work North American times from 9am - 5pm EST (10pm - 6am Manila)
- Open minded to trying and learning new skills and tasks
