JOB OVERVIEW

Work for a fast growing New Zealand company remotely.

New Zealand Transport & Logistics company is looking to hire an Operations Dispatcher.

Requirements:
- Day shift NZT
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Access to the internet at all times
- Always available 8 - 12 hours per day - Monday to Saturday
- Fast learner
- System and routine oriented
- Organized, reliable with excellent time management
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication over the phone and email
- Good with web applications and IT

About the role:
- Full-time
- ASAP start
- Full training will be provided

Duties:
- Fleet work planning
- Dispatching and booking
- Communicating with drivers
- Communicating with container depots and shipping port
- Following systems
- Managing your own time
- Always being on call
- Planning delivery routes
- Ability to follow instructions

Other Requirements:
- Fast and reliable Internet connection (Broadband)
- Laptop/Computer
- Smartphone
