Kick Ass Woo commerce Shop Manager!

**NOTE: We have had a lot of web developers apply. This is a management position, not a web developer role. We already have a web developer. Please only apply if you understand the role**

We are looking for a shop manager who can take care of the day to day operations of running a successful ecommerce store. The successful applicant will have had a lot of experience with managing people and coordinating projects.

You will be managing people in many departmental areas such as web development, graphic design, content writing, Order Fulfillment and warehousing.

A strong command of woocommerce, wordpress, mailchimp, google analytics, Excel and broad experience managing people would be a significant advantage in this role.

Do you know what CRO is? And do you have experience implementing it? Great! this is going to be a huge asset in this role so we would love to hear more about it in your cover letter.

The basic everyday tasks of the shop manager are:

creating product skeletons for new products/bundles
Optimising the cart add ons and recommended products
Checking all products show optimally (images, tabs, product descriptions, prices etc.)
Ensuring product sync is working with our inventory management system.
checking product visibility on front end for all products/variations which we have in stock.
ensuring checkout process is the best it can be and always improving.
ensure orders are processing through to fulfillment centre correctly
Reporting on company KPI’s
Inventory planning

Other Notable skills which would be helpful:
Eye for detail and opportunity for improvement.
Data driven (able to create and interpret reports based on our data)
Experience creating effective and detailed SOP’s
Able to successfully create email auto responder sequences and optimise them.
