We are a real estate investing Company located in California looking for a virtual assistant with high energy and who is motivated with a great work ethic to join our team. Must be comfortable spending a lot of time on the phone (telemarketer) and on the computer simultaneously.
Must Be Able To work
2-10 PM U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Responsibility:
• Must be familiar with using Mojo Dialer and a VoIP (google voice, Better Voice, Etc.)
• This Job will require you to skip trace
> Must be able to deliver scripts clearly,Professionally, and enthusiastically to leads over the phone. (scripts and training will be provided)
• Must Be able to make calls to
• Making follow up calls with unconfirmed leads.
• VA shall provide analytics on how many on how many calls, leads, Houses skip traced, and deals have been generated using a google sheet that I will provide them
• Prescreen buyers and sellers, setting up appointments for our office to check properties that meet our requirements.
• VA will be talking to sellers and buyers over the phone. They will be expected to speak in a professional manner at ALL TIMES. (currently work with many home owners with different situations. BE RESPECTFUL TO HOMEOWNERS NO MATTER THE SITUATION.)
• VA will be expected to make calls from 2-8 PM PST (past 8 pm home owners will not answer what so ever.). From 8-10pm Pst VA will skip trace houses.
• VA will be given daily, weekly, and monthly goals (goals will change from time to time in the future, VA will be informed when goals change in order to avoid confusion). VA will be expected to complete these goals. If I feel goals are not being met, VA will be talked to in order to ensure that goals are always on track to being completed.
• If VA has any questions regarding anything at all, they are to contact me ASAP in order to ensure everything is set to run smoothly the next day.
• Be able to post online Ads (craigslist, backpage, etc.)
Requirements:
• Perfect English (No accent preferred) to naturally deliver pre-written call scripts
• Ability to work independently without constant monitoring for results
• Excellent Written and communication Skills
• Candidates must be organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
• A minimum of 1 yr+ previous experience in similar Sales role. Strong time-management skills.
• Proficient with technology such as Microsoft Office and Google Apps, and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Good internet connections
