Must be willing to learn and be very outgoing and have a friendly personality. Need to have a good understanding and command of the English language. Hours can be flexible as long as it is between 9 to 5 pm PST. Must be trustworthy and be able to pass a background check as applicant will be privy to sensitive and confidential information.
