JOB OVERVIEW

I need a part-time social media manager to handle all the social media channels for my newly built mental/ psychological health kindle ebook brand. Now I just focus on publishing ebooks about meditation and minimalism, might want to broaden the genre in the future. If the working relationship is satisfying, I would like to work with you long term.

Currently, my brand has Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn account, I will just call them all social media accounts for our convince.

This position needs to:

1. Finish the basic settings, write the about contents for my social media accounts
2. Create, and share high-quality image and article content for all my social media accounts
3. Come up with a three-month social media marketing strategy for my brand, and explain to me how you will make it work.
4. Interact with the audience, and create a social media environment that encourages the audience to discuss and share their thoughts.
5. Discuss, and explain your strategy and plan to me from time to time.

The style of working:
To have a pleasant working experience for both of us, I think it’s important to know what we should expect from each other. So, here are the things I need you help me to do,

I need you to

1. Send me a schedule of the works for next week before Friday 17:00 Japan Standard Time, so I can check them and see if we need to make any adjustment.

3. Send me a short list of things you did at the end of your working day.
4. Feel free to ask me anything if you feel my instruction is not explicit enough.

Experience, ability, and personality:

1. Have experience as a social media manager.
2. Have experience in handling Instagram, and Facebook accounts for your clients.
3. Good at identifying the needs of the audience, and creating, sharing engaging graphics and article content.
4. Have excellent communication skills, and can meet the deadline.
5. Self-discipline, and wants to keep growing as a social media manager.
