**Virtual Assistant - Shopify Store- Full Time- Social management - Email marketing **

I am looking to hire a full-time store manager for my Shopify store.
Christian Market Store, Product related to those value
I need someone to create Marketing emails, do a daily post on my Instagram and facebook page, create creative and engaging ads, take care of customer service.
It be great if you can do good content writing.


The main job duties would include: customer service. Fufilling orders through Oberlo, Dropified.
Customer service includes answering emails, facebook chat, and can be responding to 1-800 calls. Contact Aliexpress supplier, research and adding daily new trendind product on our store with image


Social Media
- Managing a network of Facebook and Instagram pages for the stores.
- Posting new content daily.
- Replying to comments & engaging with the customers.

1. Store Operations and Management
- research and identify products that fit a certain cost and price criteria to list in the store
- engaging with suppliers to qualify them if they are a fit for our business and securing product images and video assets
- creating product and ad images for posting on social media and website
- listing the products in e-commerce portal and writing product title and descriptions for each product
- maintaining all product information in a google spreadsheet
- calculating pricing based on cost, shipment fees, and competitor pricing
- checking all orders in the e-commerce store
- placing orders to a supplier and securing tracking codes to update into the e-commerce system
- customer service support for all email inquiries, complaints
- troubleshooting customer service
- preparing a content plan and designing images and videos for posting on instagram, pinterest, youtube,facebook,twitter.
- responding and engaging with social media comments and posts
- hiding negative comments on the posts

2-Video Editing
- turn simple images into modern viral content
- use static images to create video slideshow clips for use in social media and facebook ads( tools will be provided)

3- Email marketing and Copywriting
- Writing sales ad copy, move emotions with your words. Tell stories like a script-writer in an 3 part email sequence.
- designing an email marketing strategy and calendar to increase average customer lifetime value after their first purchase
- creating email campaigns and calendar for each product category to offer customers related products
- designing the layout and graphics for each email newsletter using the html email builder
- creating regular email content that will add value to the customer's interest and passion

4- Create ads for Instagram and Facebook

This will include researching products to be added to our store.
This role will be a monthly flat rate base salary and Increase that according to how i think your service is worth.(48 working hours per week Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm with one hour break)
This role will also include pay increase incentives for well-performing products that you find

Note that the first salary will be held as a deposit and you will be getting it after you give us a 30-day notice before you leave. This is so we have time to train a new person to take over your daily tasks before you leave.
