I am looking to hire a full-time store manager for my Shopify store.
Christian Market Store, Product related to those value
I need someone to create Marketing
It be great if you can do good content writing.
The main job duties would include: customer service. Fufilling orders through Oberlo, Dropified.
Customer service includes answering
Social Media
- Managing a network of
- Posting new content daily.
- Replying to comments & engaging with the customers.
1. Store Operations and Management
- research and identify products that fit a certain cost and price criteria to list in the store
- engaging with suppliers to qualify them if they are a fit for our business and securing product images and video assets
- creating product and ad images for posting on social media and website
- listing the products in e-commerce portal and writing product title and descriptions for each product
- maintaining all product information in a google spreadsheet
- calculating pricing based on cost, shipment fees, and competitor pricing
- checking all orders in the e-commerce store
- placing orders to a supplier and securing tracking codes to update into the e-commerce system
- customer service support for all
- troubleshooting customer service
- preparing a content plan and designing images and videos for posting on instagram, pinterest, youtube
- responding and engaging with social media comments and posts
- hiding negative comments on the posts

This role will be a monthly flat rate base salary and Increase that according to how i think your service is worth.(48 working hours per week Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm with one hour break)
This role will also include pay increase incentives for well-performing products that you find
Note that the first salary will be held as a deposit and you will be getting it after you give us a 30-day notice before you leave. This is so we have time to train a new person to take over your daily tasks before you leave.
