Real Estate Acquisition Specialist - Experience REQUIRED

Alta Realty has an immediate opening for an Acquisitions Analyst. Experience REQUIRED! Your core responsibility will evaluate and underwrite single family assets for our hedge funds, private equity funds, and individual investment clients. You will leverage your attention to detail, creativity, and speed of execution to assist with maintaining and creating systems to execute acquisitions in multiple markets.
