I am looking for a highly organized and motivated person to act as my VPA. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced office environment and be able to make decisions, think on their feet and multitask as needed. The job work hours are 10am to 6pm Eastern Time US hours (currently -13 hours from Philippines).

Fluent English speaker. Must be able to converse in a non-formal conversational fashion.

Ability to speak and translate verbal Spanish is a plus, but not required.

The job requirements and expectations are. Experience with taking and making telephone calls with English and Spanish speaking customers. Managing multiple calendars for business owner, sales team, and installation team. Ability to interact with customers and answer questions, or solve problems. Schedule all appointments for the owner, including calling out to coordinate appointments with new contacts. Make outbound calls to schedule leads from our website. Maintain customer records and update through the sales and installation process. Other duties that may be assigned.

You must have a reliable high-speed internet connection with the ability and bandwidth to answer calls in an office like environment (quiet, no TV or dogs barking in the background). We will pay your PhilHealth, SSS and 13th month in December after your 90-day training and probationary period. This position requires you to work full time and exclusively for us, you will not be allowed to outsource your time with other online employers during our work hours. The starting pay range will be from 10,000 to 30,000 PHP per month depending on experience and qualifications. You will be paid monthly at the end of the month worked.
