Job brief
We are looking for a competent Logistics Assistant to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods.
A great asset for a Logistics Coordinator is their communication and negotiation skills. They are also well-versed in supply management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities:
-Fill in the Purchase orders based on what our higher department sends out
-Check and send the respective barcodes to our suppliers
-Studies in -Organize the box details and have them sent to our suppliers
-Filling in and monitoring the progress of our shipments, keeping tabs on their ETAs
-Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
- Gather all the documents for the accounting department.
- Create Amazon Shipments, updating our Shopify Inventory.
Requirements:
- MUST have experience with Amazon Seller Central FBA SHIPMENTS
-Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
-Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Excel
! Please note that this is NOT a position for a virtual assistant. Nor are we looking for someone who has fulfilled or checked orders with Amazon.
We will solely select those individuals with actual FBA Shipments experience.
