Responsibilities include:
. Ensuring the consistent flow of tickets through our software development process.
. Issue identification, escalation and resolution.
. Trello board management.
. Functional and regression testing.
. Process documentation.
. Assisting on support-ticket resolution activities (we will have you assist here when you are not busy on the development side).
We are looking people with a strong handle on technology. You don't need to know a programming language, but we better not need to teach you how to create an Excel formula or how to get past an SSL exception on one of our test environments.
Requirements:
. Strong experience managing software development projects.
. Work hours will need to be based in the United States workday.
. You must have remote work experience.
. You must have a strong and reliable Internet connection.
. Real estate or property management experience is a big plus.
