Home-based Team Leader

We are in need of one (1) team leader who can help manage our operations. The roles & responsibilities to be expected are as follows (but still shouldn’t be limited to the ones listed below):
- execute directives given by the Operations Supervisor
- manage and deliver job orders
- coordinate with the writers and EIC
- conduct 3 daily on-the-fly coaching sessions to be documented on a Google Spreadsheet
- write a weekly feedback email (sent every Saturday) addressed to all writers based on the issues seen during the daily on-the-fly coachings
- communicate pressing concerns to the Operations Supervisor immediately
- report to the Operations Supervisor the summary of the weekly performance of the team (to be sent every Saturday)
- help the Operations Supervisor in preparing the JO Tracker to be payslip-ready
- take over when a team member fails to do the job and when job reassignment is no longer the best option
- send process improvement proposals to the Operations Supervisor
- report during Synergy Meetings
- attend quarterly or annual meetings
