Accountant Needed - Long Term Employment preferred

WHO WE ARE

We are an Online Retailer carrying different lines of products with our head office located in Canada and our Fulfilment Centres located all over USA and Canada. We have diverse extensive experience in retail environment.

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented candidates who can start and available to work right away!

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Initiating and creating a complete accounting process
- Preparation of Financial Statement
- General BookKeeping
- Following up on account Receivables
- Accurately monitoring profit margin
- Help the CEO with Personal tax filings
- Help the local Canadian Accountant with Retail Tax and Business Income Tax
- Payroll
- Help creating financial documents for Financial Institution to secure line of credit
- Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Competencies:
- Very keen and attentive to details.
- Very good in time management, systematic & organize.
- High sense of accountability and dependability
- Bookkeeping experience
- Experience with retail accounting is a big asset but not necessary
- Knowledge of Amazon is a big asset but not necessary
- Can work within 10AM - 11PM Pacific time min 4 hours a day 5 days a week ( Flexible on day off )

Compensation:

- Competitive Salary in line with PayScale for Philippines
- 13th Month pay
