We have a need for a Sales and Marketing Project Manager that can support internal and external project initiatives, while delivering and playing a key role in:
Key Delivery:
• Produce Results: Meet and exceed assigned sales bookings, billings and productivity objectives .
• Manage Activities: Ensure activity standards are being met by Strategic Account Managers for daily prospecting (upselling), issue resolution and accounts receivable.
• Reporting: Verify daily results and productivity measures.
• Process Improvement: Interface with various groups to help improve the overall sales, customer on-boarding, forecasting and quote-to cash processes, as well as drive the strategic initiatives of the Inside Sales group.
• Enable: Provide support for Strategic Account Managers to effectively identify, escalate and resolve complex issues involving the cooperation of other operational units.
Key Roles:
• Liaison between our tech teams, the account team and the client
• Set delivery schedules and key milestones with a variety of on shore and offshore development teams
• Drive project schedules and manage development budgets
• Explain complex ideas to leadership, clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate key meetings throughout the product development lifecycle to identify and shape documentation needs
• Estimate, Schedule and Resource Plan – drive priorities and deadlines to completion
• Maintain project documentation on a scheduled basis for all clients and stakeholders
• Effectively communicate and escalate issues, roadblocks and risks to management while maintaining responsibility for their resolution
• Support financial reporting processes, particularly Month End processes & Invoicing
• Drive configuration, deployment, and training for the new integrated toolset
