General VA with recruiting experience

We are looking for a VA to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we’d like to meet you. General VA skills are required and preference will be given for those who have experience in various recruiting CRMs and social media recruiting. Apart from sourcing recruiting candidates, you will be required to liaise with our clients, schedule interviews and provide support related to the recruiting process.

This is a part time remote position (80 hrs per month)
Mon - Fri from 1pm to 5 pm Philippine Time
