VA needed for Amazon/YouTube video creation job

We are looking to hire a virtual assistant to take over creating and posting Amazon review videos on YouTube. This job will start out on a month to month basis with potential to turn into a full time and lasting job.

It will involve about 5 - 6 hours a day of work. It will pay a starting salary between $200 - $250/m at a rate of $2.50/per video (20 to 25 videos per week) and every month on the anniversary of your start date there be an evaluation for a pay increase until we see a good fit in pay vs the work and quality being done. Pay will be given weekly, every Sunday.

Work detail:

Researching amazon products and creating review videos via Youtube on those products. Also, there will be some website setup involved for each new niche/amazon category used. If need be we can help with that part.

Each video takes around 1 - 2 hours to make and must be recorded in fluent and clearly spoken English. The goal being to average 3 - 5 videos a day Monday - Friday with a goal of 20 to 25 videos a week.

You will work your own schedule. This could mean getting 4 - 5 videos done M - F to hit your 20 - 25 videos or working weekends to catch up etc. If you get 25 videos done in 3 or 4 days that means you get the rest of the week off so really you work your own schedule however you like.

If things are progressing well and you find you can do more than 25 videos in a week, we can discuss removing the cap and letting you do as many videos as you wish to increase your earning potential.

Requirements:

Video recording software (We can provide this if you don't have it)
Ability to record your own voice in high quality for the video reviews as we want a real human doing the speaking.
Ability to speak fluently and clearly in English so you can easily be understood.

*** Before being accepted you will be asked to record your voice reading an article of our choosing so we may assess your English skills to make sure you are capable of the work.

- You must be ready to work hard as we are looking for a candidate that shows up and gets the work done in a reliable fashion.
- You must be able to communicate via Skype and reply in a timely manner

8) If I send you an article can you record yourself reading it and then upload it online so I may listen to it? (You can upload it to Upgrade to see actual info or Upgrade to see actual info as an .mp3 file or record a screen-share video and record yourself yourself reading it. However works best for you!
