JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a highly motivated virtual assistant *COMPLETELY FLUENT IN ENGLISH* with experience in customer service. The position is currently part time but will expland to a full time position down the road once a relationship is established.

We are a growing animated explainer video/video marketing company based in NYC catering toward the tech industry that is looking to bring on a part time virtual assistant to handle both general administrative duties as well as relations with clients via email and phone.

The Job Position: We're looking for a customer service/sales professional whose conversationally fluent in english and has prior experience as a virtual assistant handling day to day administration of company tasks.

Here are some of the responsibilities you will be handling:
- General Customer Relations
- Responding to client emails about product questions
- Answering customers questions on the phone
- Lead management (will train)
- Project management (will train)
- Calendar management
- Other outsourcing tasks
- Bookkeeping

Person must be
-COMPLETELY FLUENT IN ENGLISH
-Detail Oriented
-Fast Learner
-Available during EST

(If you have experience in SEO and/or marketing such as Facebook Ads, Google Adwords etc.. it's a bonus. If not don't worry about it.)
