Two Real Estate WordPress websites complete design and development required from scratch

Ideally we require an all in one Wordpress Expert experienced Front and Back Ends, HTML, CSS and JavaScript + Mock-ups, WP Themes, Plug-ins. Added advantage of understanding and implementing third-party API’s and data-feeds and last but not important some experience in the use Photoshop and or Illustrator.

The right candidate will be required to work a minimum of a 40hr week for an initial 3 months to completely design and develop two WordPress sites, with the view to be retained long-term and ongoing.

To further sum up what we are ideally looking for three main areas of expertise and proficiency, although first two would suffice ;

A) Front-end senior web developer proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery & MySQL (a keen eye also for UI/UX design, PSD to HTML))
B) Back end senior web developer proficient in PHP, Python & Java (also API integration including child, fork and process)
C) Graphics & web designer; Photoshop, Illustrator, Animation & Print can create mock-ups and convert to HD design graphics.

If you have any experience in the design and development of real estate, property or lettings websites than that would be an added bonus.

A little about us; we are a Real Estate company established for over 19 years here in the UK; specialising in property sales and lettings utilising the latest property technology to streamline online services. Currently we are looking to revamp and redesign the front and back end of two websites in Wordpress and a third website in due course; all three projects require a medium-long term Web Design Developer who will grow with the Company and help us to establish a broader Development Team; if that's you then we want to hear form you?
