We are looking for someone to create, promote, and manage the entire affiliate program. You need to have deep knowledge with affiliate marketing and previous experience with building such program. Need to have knowledge on how to recruit super affiliate.
As well as for a seasoned vet in shareasale and other affiliate websites directories that can create, promote, and manage our affiliate program. You must be self-motivated and available. Our organization is progress driven and are looking for like minded individuals who find great purpose in building and growing successful endeavors. You need to be familiar with monitoring compliance and have a great vision understanding on how to engage the best affiliates. We care about the quality not the quantity of the affiliates, so as a manager you need to be meticulous, consistent and persistent with your work.

Major Responsibilities:
* Precisely delegate important tasks to the team.
* Daily Affiliate Management
* Build and manage strong client relationships
* Work with Publisher Partners to optimize campaign performance.
* Strong sales, negotiation, analytical and implementation skills
* Manage affiliate relations, communication and recruitment
* Meet or exceed sales quotas by prospecting for and developing industry leading Partners/Publisher relationships.
