JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for someone with a professional and positive attitude for a part time, long-term position (10 hours a week or more - OK if you have another job). Must think and operate independently. Salary is negotiable, based on your background.

We will administer a basic test to qualified candidates. You must have intermediate to advanced ability with many of the requested skills - we know you may not have all of them - it is OK. We plan to offer some training for our services you may not be familiar with.

PREFERENCES
- Previous Virtual Assistant (VA) experience.
- Have completed a detailed online profile here.
- Have take English test, IQ and DISC tests.
- ID score on this site of 60 or higher.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of completed vocational school/college (proof required).
- Laptop, reliable internet access, and cellphone service (proof required)
- We will use timeproof software to verify that work is being done.

THE POSITION
- This position starts with a trial period. If it works for both, we hope you will join us on a long-term basis.
- We respect Filipino holidays and traditions.
- Longterm hires may qualify for 13th month, medical, retirement and other assistance.
- Small cash advances possible after one year of service.
- Our web presences will relate to vacation rentals, tours, wellness, films and more.

YOUR RESPONSE

IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate has the following (we know you won't have them all!):
- Google Docs or similar.
- Assisting with blog posts, ezines, etc.
- Wordpress and website abilities is a plus, but not required.
- Managing customer emails and contact info - perhaps Mailchimp,Email blasts (legal only)
- Facebook ads, google ads, Upgrade to see actual info ads, video marketing, craigslist ads, amazon/ebay ads, -
- Affiliate marketing, other advertising methods.
- Processing prospect responses.
- Handle requests from our clients for certain support activities, such as via chat, and assist them with questions and requests.
- Writing and submitting company profiles to various industry sites.
- Link building - back links, GOOD listing directories, etc. (no black hat methods!!!!)
-English must be fluent.
- Setting up/maintaining company profiles on google+, facebook, youtube, twitter, pinterest, instagram, etc.
- Processing special requests from us.
