Generation Guard is excited to offer a position for a talented and driven individual to join our team. The role will be fundamental in managing our Amazon store.
We are looking for someone who enjoys improving and creating processes, constantly learning and implementing new strategies, and finding solutions to challenges.
Your main responsibilities will include:
-Regular status calls with director to plan and review action items
-Map out and standardize operational processes, automating where possible, and documenting steps in process documents
-Inventory monitoring and management
-Implement product launching and ranking strategies as approved by the director, monitor results, includes but not limited to keyword research and tracking, creation of landing pages and
-Keep abreast of updates and changes to Amazon policies and algorithm, new strategies for enhancing performance of the Amazon store and products
-Provide recommendations and facilitate recruitment and hiring of staff and freelancers
-Coordinate with staff and freelancers on completion of various projects and tasks
-Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders
-Research and analysis of products, product features, target markets, etc
-Assist in day to day operational tasks i.e. customer service
-Other adhoc projects assigned by the director
The successful candidate will be on for 30-40hrs per week during a trial period of 1 month, moving to full time 40hrs/week employment depending on performance. Our intention is the pay $10-20 USD/hr (based on experience) and we have bonus structures in place subject to meeting company metrics which will be directly impacted by your success in this role. Also on offer is the possibility for increases based on performance reviews every 6 months.
