Cold Caller Needed For Real Estate Company

I'm looking to fill a cold caller position for a 2 to 3 week job. The position will require cold calling a list of potential property sellers in the Memphis, TN area, communicating with home owners to filter for quality leads, and setting appointments. The position will also require accepting some incoming calls to generate leads. Hours worked will be 30 hours per week. Job could lead to long term position.

Experience working with real estate company, investors, agents or wholesalers preferred.

Must have friendly personality with a willingness to help solve problems and ability to build rapport.

Must be able to work independently with minimal assistance.

Experience with CallRail, Microsoft Excel and Podio preferred.

Must be fluent in and have EXCELLENT English with neutral accent.

Must have strong internet connection, headset, and Skype.
