HB Business Manager

The work of the Business Manager includes (but are not limited to):
a. Provide necessary recommendations for the improvement of the Alexander DM website
b. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales;
c. Identifying important key metrics that determine the e-commerce business’s success and define how to accurately measure these metrics;
d. Establish a baseline measure against which the company’s growth and success can be measured.
e. Comply with company policies and practices;
f. Collaborate with the CEO to implement new strategies to grow and expand the business.
Initial Goals/Milestones
i. On your first two months your primary goal is to develop and implement/establish the business KPIs.
ii. Website Launch (target date shall be determined after assessment by Business Manager)
iii. Determine and/or confirm monthly metrics and measures for goals and Annual metrics and measures for Goals
iv. Develop a 6-month growth and business development plan including important reporting times when metrics will be measured.
v. Develop a 1-year strategic plan to align activities with the business mission including how this strategy will be operationalized with important reporting times when metrics will be measured
vi. A comprehensive list of performance metrics – the Business Manager will look to streamline, identify, and recommend the most effective metrics for controlling business performance and growth as per the plans to be delivered.
