Strong Bookkeeper/Admin with Advance Quickbooks & Zendesk Skills - US Accounting Experience Required

**ATTENTION** PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NOT WORKED IN THE ACCOUNTING OR BOOKKEEPING DEPARTMENT OF A US COMPANY AND USED ZENDESK SOFTWARE!! We are a US CPA & Law Firm in need of strong Bookkeeper/Admin freelancers who can work full time on EST with Advance Quickbooks & Zendesk Skills. You must have verifiable experience working with US companies performing bookkeeping and accounting duties for a minimum of 1 year. You will be working with well seasoned US CPAs and Tax Attorneys so your skills have to be very strong. As well, you must have at least 1 year experience with using Zendesk. We will not accept using programs like Zendesk, it must be experience with Zendesk sinc this is the heart of our company and you will be lost without the experience since we will not teach you! Advance Desktop Quickbooks skills means that you know how to navigate through Quickbooks to complete your task using only the keyboard shortcuts for all your work and NOT use the mouse! This skill will be tested, so please dont apply if you cant do it. Must be able to keep up with veteran CPAs and Tax Attorneys. Thick skin and attention to detail is a must. We pay for accurate work only. All errors should be fixed by freelancer promptly and at their own cost. Must also be very familiar with online software Zendesk as it is used for project management of work assignments. Must be able to start immediately. Additionally, our work hours are Mon-Fri from 8am EST - 5pm EST (Hours are not able to be changed)

Certified User Certification, is the only certification that proves you know how to use the software at an advance level**
