Hire Social Media Marketer - LONG-TERM

We are Digital marketing and website development company. We're looking for a person who can assist us in managing and maintaining our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest).

First of all, I don't need your generic pitches and CVs. I'm sorry, but I won't reply to your email unless it has answers to the followling questions:

HOW TO APPLY

1. Are you good at social media marketing? And do you have a genuine interest in it?

2. About marketing, what are your favourite blogs or websites that you read regularly? Please give me the URLs. (I need at least 5)

3. Did you ever manage any social media pages? Please send me links of all the pages. (but no more than 10 please, in case you have too many of them)

4. Are you expert in managing and scheduling posts using Hootsuite, Buffer or any other social media management platform? Please tell me the platform name.

5. I also need the following links:
A link to your own blog (in case you have one);
A link to your Twitter & Facebook profile (in case you have one);
A link to your Instagram & Pinterest profile (in case you have one);
A link to your Quora profile (in case you have one).

6. Please tell me about your first hand experience with social media marketing. And did you ever work in a social media Marketing agency?
