Full Time Job -- Full Stack Web Programmer Experienced Databases, Users/PW, Email Notifications

I need a full stack web programmer with extensive database experience who can build a site for me that allows users to have accounts, search for items through the database, have the website send users reminder emails when new products meet their criteria.

This job is long term, the site needs to be built in stages. Once all stages are completed the programmer will stay on as full time and paid as full time, even if all work is finished for the day. This is because I need someone to run the site, fix issues that pop up and make improvements over time. Your monthly pay rate will not decrease but your job duties will switch from programmer to maintaining the site, making improvements and helping run the site. I am looking for someone who has the skills to get this job done but is also willing to do what it takes to keep this site running, as long as the site is running then I can continue to pay you full time.

I also have other sites that sometimes need help, since the other sites are currently where I get the money to be able to pay for this project I will ask you to help with those sites as needed. I am looking for a person who is dedicated to my company and helping keeping my full company healthy, this is mutually beneficial.
