Seeking a MARKETING Manager/Marketing EXPERT

I need someone who has Marketing Experience and Project Management experience to help take my business to the next level.

This will require for you to do the following:
- have weekly meetings with the VP of Marketing to discuss marketing strategy
- have bi-weekly meetings to discuss progress on projects
- organize and execute projects on time and on budget
- sort and sift through subcontractors
- oversee all marketing team members (may need to recruit your own team)
- oversee all current forms of marketing
- create reporting/kpi's

Things I'm looking for:
- ability to organize / manage projects efficiently
- ability to take macro tasks and create micro tasks
- ability to generate leads
- ability to manage Content Marketing
- ability to manage Outbound Marketing Efforts
- strong understanding of sales/marketing psychology (i.e. Cold/Warm/Hot marketing)
- understanding of digital marketing principles (i.e. Traffic / Conversions)
- adherence to timelines/punctuality
- strong understanding of the english language

Platforms and Priorities for Marketing:

- PPC
- SEO
- Social Outreach (individually/groups)
- If we have some GREAT evergreen blogs, then this doesn't matter whether we're blogging on a regular basis or not
- Email Marketing
- If we have some GREAT evergreen blogs, then this doesn't matter whether we're blogging on a regular basis or not
- Direct Mail
- Will require a content calendar/strategy for hitting same places frequently


We Currently:
- are doing PPC / SEO.
- have a database of past customers (albeit it being small)
- have photos of past work (albeit it being small)
