JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are currently looking for strong candidates to head our Lead Generation team who are proficient in research, and can assist in identifying leads within the a specific industry. This would include coaching, sales and marketing, small businesses, training, and start-ups. There is an element of networking and phone contact with potential clients throughout this process. This position can be full time, and has solid potential for career development within a quickly growing company.

Founded in 2015, Optimize Your Spark Inc. is a coaching business that helps small business gain mastery of the 5 pillars which are Mindset, Production, Branding, Marketing and Sales. We deliver coaching and training remotely via groups, 1:1, or courses. Essentially we help business owners get out of their own way and to grab success by the horns.

Job Duties:
Identify qualified leads and properly categorize them through data entry within the CRM system. Research and expand potential networks among business owners. Network with individuals by phone and email to initiate program interest. Strong market research and closing skills are necessary to be successful in this position.

Skills and Qualifications:
3-5 years of professional sales and cold calling experience is required. Prior experience working in outbound call centers and/or sales team support is highly desirable. Professional demeanor, self-motivated, outgoing and friendly personality. Strong communication, closing, and technology skills.
