Looking for Experienced Data Processor to filter and format data into a proper mailing list

I have a list containing 50K plus records, that I need filtering by various criteria and formatted
into a proper mailing list, exported as a .csv and following a strict field order (filter criteria
and sample .csv file will be provided).
