Experienced Customer Service SUPERSTAR wanted

A secure, long-term customer service position is available for someone with AMAZING customer service skills to join our team.

We're a large photography site, and our mission is to make it super simple for aspiring photographers to discover how to take way better photos in less time without the usual frustration & stress.

We love our customers and want to make a personal connection with everyone that emails us for support. So to be successful in this role you MUST have:

- Outstanding english skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Confident, self-motivated and driven
- Consumer lending experience, a major plus
- A real passion and desire to help people no matter what their question is,
- A love for photography (ideal but not essential)

You don't need to be a professional photographer to be considered for this role, (We currently have a mentor team with professional photographers answering photography related skills). However, you do need to have a passion for helping people with their questions, providing support, and handling complaints in a friendly manner.

Hours for the position are 8am - 12 pm Tues - Sat (PST)
