YOUR TASKS INCLUDES:


Email customer service - make sure you take good care of our clients in a positive and timely manner. Experience is a MUST!
Phone Customer Service - there are times where we have phone calls with our clients. Great Phone voice is required.
Creating HTML templates (training provided) - experience is not necessary as we will train you.
Loading products to Shopify - placing order items through Shopify. Experience is a must!
Minor Video Editing (training provided) - experience is not necessary but Upgrade to see actual infoO marketing (training provided) - we train well for the perfect candidate.
Manage Shopify store and apps
Social Media Posting and writing reviews - manage our social media channels and platforms. Knowledge is a must!

This is a FULL-TIME ( 40 hours per week MONDAY-FRIDAY ) position and we will compensate well for the best candidate.
