We are looking for an inventory manager to help guide our fast-growing ecommerce business. We sell physical products around bathroom and home décor. We need help maintaining inventory levels of our products (see Responsibilities below).
Candidates must be extremely good with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets. An understanding in software development is a bonus. You will be working from home on a computer, so the job is not a fit if you need lots of social interaction (or love cubicle farms).

Responsibilities
• Track inventory data (in spreadsheet)
• Handle orders/reorders with suppliers
• Draft purchase orders in bookkeeping software
• Arrange shipping with freight forwarder
• Send shipment details to inspection warehouse
• Set up product profitability
Requirements:
• Willing to work from home full time
• Reliable, fast internet connection
• Highly organized and system-based thinker
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to direct and manage others
• Extremely good with spreadsheets and macros
