We are a group of companies that offer many services within the Real Estate Industry based in Toronto, Canada, including:

1. Commercial & Residential Real Estate Services - Sales & Leasing Services
2. Commercial & Residential Mortgage/Finance Services
3. Small Business Loans for startup and existing businesses
4. Property & Investment Management services - Managing short term and long term tenants
5. Consulting & Advisory Services

We also have a few ecommerce and other business ideas currently under Feasibility Studies to be launched in the near future.

FOI Group, (Faculty of Ideas Group) was founded on the basis of providing funding, resources and know-how to ideas worth taking to market, both Nationally and Internationally. Our main focus is currently in the Real Estate Industry, but not limited to it. We started as a small Canadian company, but driven by the success of our model and more importantly, client trust, we’ve continually expanded our services and footprint to meet the growing needs of our clients.

We are currently looking for an individual to join our growing business activities. The Virtual Assistant will be assisting in all areas of our businesses and will be directly reporting to the Managing Director.

Main VA Tasks:

1.  ??Email Management/Filtering
2.    Customer Service Representative answering customer concerns and provide solutions to arising problems
3.    Booking appointments with clients
4.    Following up with clients/customers (sending thank you and other reminder emails)
5.    Receptionist duties (answering occasional calls)
6.    Calendar Management
7.    File Management (organizing files using Dropbox etc)
8.    Database building (eg. updating email or contact lists on your CRM)
9.    Research on certain topics for blogposts, newsletters or others
10.  Bookkeeping and monthly reconciliations for all business activities
11.  Hotel and Flight Booking
12.  Transcription (transcribing voicemail, video or audio, podcasts etc.)
13.  Taking down minutes of meetings
14.  Creating basic reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales, monthly account reconciliations)
15.  Preparing Slideshows (Powerpoint Presentations, PREZI )
16.  Liaison between you and other team members
17.  Set-up Social Media Accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube)
18.  Manage and update Social Media Accounts
19.  Research topics and write blogs in all of the websites
20.  Manage your Blog (Basic WordPress Skills)
21.  Publish posts on Blog (content you provided using research based methods)
22.  Filter  and reply to comments on your blog
23.  Answering support tickets (with the use of Zendesk)
24.  Blog commenting (to increase links to your site)
25.  Participating in discussion forums or message boards (more promotion!)
26. Rental property management


Qualifications:
• 2+ years experience
• Superior organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel & social media platforms
• Familiarity with Google Adwords, Adobe Photoshop, CRM systems, Quickbooks is a PLUS
• A positive attitude
• Interest in real estate, architecture, design & marketing
• Demonstrate ability to learn quickly
• A hunger for personal & professional development
• Ability to follow directions meticulously
• A great sense of humor

Salary and Benefits:

4 month contract to start. a base salary to be discussed at the next stage.
After the first 4 month contract, performance review will be conducted and if performance exceeds expectations, a bonus will be paid AND a permanent full time employment will be offered to you
