Looking for full time Sketchup EXPERT and 3D Modeling designer (interior design and architecture)

Hello,
I am looking for a experienced 3D modeler that is proficient with Sketchup. This position will be a full time position: meaning Monday to Friday 7 hours a day. You also must have a fast connection speed able to handle up to 100+ mb files both uploading and downloading.

Salary will be starting at $400 a month with raises and bonuses if shown good performance.

IMPORTANT: Please note you will on a trial position before moving onto a full time position.
(please do not apply if you are unwilling to accept the trial position and do not have 7 hours a day Monday to Friday for work)


Job duties would includes:

1. Creating 3D interior/exterior model of 2D working drawings, reference photos
2. Amend existing sketch up models based on client' mark up .
3. Refine existing model with decorations , vegetation, need good design sense
3. Must be proficient in using Sketchup, able to create clean and tidy models with correct scale for me to work on further.
4. Must go through my vetoing processes in order to be considered
5. Must be able to communicate in English and be able to follow clear instructions
7. Experience with rendering is a plus.
