JOB OVERVIEW

JOB SUMMARY: We are a US based company with a successful Internet Marketing and mentoring system. We sell high-quality profit-ranging products. We are looking for a Top-notch Marketing Admin with a minimum of 2 years deep activity into the Internet Marketing platform. We expect the ability to connect with people over the phone to get them excited about our products. Must also have background in Social Media Account set up, moderation, posting, updating, etc. In addition, we require outstanding skills in the areas of Lead Generation, attracting business prospects through our phone and email marketing system, trouble-shooting questions, directing customers to videos and summaries. A great Sales attitude with the drive to convert leads through our profit buying system.

Candidates must have basic-intermediate experience with creating and editing Videos. Along with a clear understanding of a sales Video and how to include a call to action. Proficient Customer Service skills using phone support, with the ability to learn through media/video training. Highly skilled with English grammar in both verbal and written methods sending/ receiving emails. Vast knowledge and experience with Facebook & Linked-In & Blog marketing. The best fit for our company is a Candidate with a desire to make money beyond their base salary, who understands the expectation of success.

TASKS/ DUTIES:
• Lead Generation – phone/email, directing customers to videos
• Follow assigned script asking questions, sending people through a system to video (those qualifying to purchase packages)
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and requirements to provide better customer service.
• Provide company materials and assistance needed to customers
• Social Media Marketing: Acct set up, moderation, updating, posting
Facebook & LinkedIn Marketing
• Creating and editing Videos
• Customer Service – phone support, sending/receiving emails
• Blogging – posting, marketing
• Admin Support – working daily with company owner, providing reports, attending meetings

WORK HOURS – REQUIREMENTS: This is a Part time position for 20 hours/ week, 4 hours/ workday, Monday – Friday. (hours to be worked consecutively) Evening Shift: 10:00 pm – 2:00 am Philippine time zone.

COMPENSATION: This position pays base salary $ 3.50 per hour to start + multi-level Bonus package (please contact for detailed scale) with a base salary raise to $ 3.75 + multi-level Bonus package after satisfactory 30-Day Performance Review is passed.

BENEFITS: Pay periods are twice monthly: 1st – 15th and 16th – last day of the month. Pay days are twice a month falling at the end of each pay period in the month. We provide a 30-day Trial start up, with regular work status offered at end of Trial based on successful performance efforts (at company owner discretion). One-on-one Media training and Workshops will be provided live or by video to reach Lead Specialist level. Systems are available to allow for questions and support at any time. Long term goal is encouraged to work up to Full-time (8 hours/day/5 days/week) with flexible hours.

COMPANY POLICIES/ REQUIREMENTS: Must have outstanding written and English-speaking skills, and be comfortable with voice chat meetings in communication platforms such as Skype or Google chat. Once hired, must possess and maintain their own costs for a computer, dependable high-speed Internet, headset w/microphone, cell phone or computer call-line (in working order at all times) for phone support tasks, and voice chat meetings during work hours.

This is a Direct Hire contract as Independent Contracting and as such does not include paid lunches, breaks, vacation days, holiday or sick pay. All pay is based on actual hours worked and tasks completed. All time is monitored and tasks tracked using a reporting system. Must be willing to dedicate time exclusively to the job during working hours. Reports are required to be updated daily and to be submitted at the end of each pay period to confirm payment.
