JOB OVERVIEW

My company is located in the USA so I need the you to be at work at the same time as I work which is: 8 AM to 4:30 PM PST. The job will pay full time hours but you will need to be logged into time tracking software that also takes screen shots at random times, this is only used to verify that you are only working on my projects during the work time, I am not using the time tracker to micromanage. I don't have time to micromanage and I need someone who is self motivated and can figure things out on their own.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

1. Graphic Artist -- Experience with Photoshop or Illustrator, photo manipulation/touch-up and able to create good looking banner ads and webpage layouts.

2. Print Layout -- Experience with Adobe Indesign CC. We have many documents and brochures that were created in Indesign, they may need to be updated and/or new pages may need to be created. We may need you to create or edit brochures for our products, you do not need to know how our products work we will provide wording and explanations.

3. Document creator/editor -- Sometimes our sales people need a specification sheet for specific products, I need someone to take provided specs and create new spec sheets with our logo on them that we can provide to our customers.

4. Webmaster -- I need someone who can go to our current Wordpress site, that has custom plug-ins, make changes to specific pages. This could be changing text, changing images, adding/changing links to documents, etc. We are also looking to purchase a new Wordpress theme and have it installed and customized, this would be a skill we would expect you to Upgrade to see actual info would be nice if you had payment gateway (PayPal) integration experience but if you don't, you must be willing and able to learn how to do so. You will be paid for the learning time but you will be responsible for searching for information to learn.

5. Experience as a full-stack web programmer would be a nice extra but not necessary to for the job. If you have this experience please let me know when you apply.

6. Assistant -- We may not have 40 hours a week of graphics & Wordpress, you will need to help out where you can. This can include various types of office tasks. Some that I can think of are: Updating a spreadsheet, preparing reports, organizing files, sending emails, sending reminders, etc.

This is a full time job, even if you finish all the work we still pay the full time pay.

We pay 13th Month Bonus if you have been working for me for at least 6 months prior to December, this year no 13th Month Bonus will be paid because this project is starting so close to December.

Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
