Web & Application User Interface Designer

Looking for an Experienced Designer that will fit into our current team of developers to.
You will be required to provide App design and Website designs and be good at logo etc.
The right candidate will be required to work with the developers to implement a great UI and UX for apps an website.
Creative input and a free speaking individual with attention to detail is a must.
You will need to work to specifications but have a creative output.
Being able to implement the theory from mind to app/website is a must.
