Designer / Right Hand Person / Team player - Full time

Okay, I might be looking for a unicorn here. :)

I'm hoping I can find someone great to join our little agency in a full time, dedicated position. This person will be part designer, part photo editor, part content writer, part consultant, part project coordinator, and part website maintenance and SEO guru.

This will be a long term, stable, well-paid position for the right person. I am motivated to find the right person for the job and once that person is on board, I want them to stick around really help build the business. Long term vision would be to include health benefits, paid time off, significant opportunity for higher earning, and much more for the right person. I'm fairly selective though, and have high expectations of our team! :)

The selection process will involve a few interviews, and the selected candidate will commence work after that. Performance to be reviewed at three months. At six months, we will review compensation and benefits for PhilHealth etc.

Specific focus areas will include, but are not limited to:

• HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL photo editing using Lightroom CC (Classic) and Photoshop.
• Using Dropbox Business for professional collaborative workflow (we work with Dropbox installed on our computers so we are syncing in real time)
• InDesign projects of various kinds
• Website content updates with quality in mind (Wordpress)
• Thinking creatively and generally sharing great ideas, getting involved in discussions and being part of the team

HARD REQUIREMENTS:

• You must have professional hardware to be able to do this kind of work. Working on slow clumsy machines won't work with this position.
• Stable power and a nearby co-working location where you will be able to keep working in a blackout
• Ability to communicate from your mobile device
• Extensive experience in Lightroom and Photoshop (InDesign and Illustrator bonus)
• Stable internet connection of 15 mbps or higher
• Impeccable English (written and oral)
• Some Wordpress experience
• Ability to be part of a team
